Statutory withdrawal for EU consumers
If you qualify as a consumer under Directive 2011/83/EU, you may withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen days of receiving physical goods without giving reasons. Exercise the right by sending an unequivocal statement before the deadline expires. Timely dispatch of the goods back to us suffices when the statement was sent first.
Sealed goods and hygiene limitations
Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive permits member states to restrict withdrawal once sealed goods were unsealed after delivery and cannot be restored for health or hygiene reasons. Our food supplements fall under that category once the safety seal is broken. Pre-purchase, we display an explicit acknowledgment before checkout explaining that opening forfeits withdrawal except where goods are defective or mis-described.

Refund timing and methods
Once goods arrive and pass inspection—or once we approve a no-return refund—you receive reimbursement using the original payment path unless impossible, in which case we propose a SEPA transfer. Processing targets fourteen calendar days from receipt of goods or evidence, though banking rails may add settlement days.
Return shipping and restocking
